Consulting Services - Contact THI if you experience any issues or get concerning information from contractors hired to perform work on your home.  (i.e. excessively high estimates, concerns about work or repairs recommended  by contractors, or troubleshooting before contacting contractors) We will provide guidance with resolving problems and help you get in touch with professionals who have your best interest at heart.  This service is free to clients who had their home inspection completed by THI!  Fee for this service is $250 otherwise.

​Ongoing Services - As always, THI will assist in case of unforeseen issues after our clients have moved into their new home. This service remains free of charge!
