We provide ongoing help, advice, and consultation as well as return visits should the need for that occur.

 

Home inspections are conducted according to standards of practice.  Most organizations and states have adopted some version of ASHI standards of practice and inspectors generally stick closely to those standards.  Some of us add additional services and use high tech instruments, etc.  Here at THI we try and go one step further.  We produce a voice over slideshow with images right onsite.  During our review, we answer your questions, providing. detailed information and recommendations.  A full report with summary and additional recommendations will be generated that same day or early next morning. 

 

Can’t be there for the inspection?  No problem!  We still provide you with a recorded review,  that summarizes any potential issues as well as suggestions and recommendations.  You may be out of town, or busy at work but ultimately it is as if you were there with us during the entire inspection process,  attic, roof, and crawlspace included!
