One Year Warranty Followup - Schedule your walk through early! THI will provide you a check list to use. This list will contain items of likely concern. Check what applies and write down your concerns. Our home inspector will accompany you on the walk through. We'll take pictures of areas of concern that need to be addressed by the builder.  Attics and crawlspaces will be accessed for evaluation of condition and checked for potential signs of leaks. You can use your check list along with additional information provided by our inspector to compile a list of repairs to be completed by the builder. In cases of builder push-back, THI will assist in writing and with pictures.  Fees for this service is $200. Please make check out to attending inspector
